In all cases please allow 28 days for delivery from receipt of payment. Dispatched goods (except phone covers) are placed in an outer postal box to protect the presentation box. Purchases (except phone covers) to addresses within the UK are sent by First Class Recorded Delivery using Royal Mail which requires a signature to ensure safe delivery.
Please be sure that your shipping address on PayPal is correct and up to date. We cannot be responsible for misdirected mail. Please note that recorded delivery items are returned to the CobWebs Company after 7 days if they are not claimed. These items will have to be resent, incurring an additional P&P charge for which the customer is liable.
During the checkout process you will be asked to provide a shipping address. Unfortunately we cannot deliver to multiple addresses. You will need to submit separate online orders for each delivery address.
