If there is a problem with your purchase, please contact us by email or in writing within 7 days after the day of delivery, explaining why you have requested a refund and return the goods to: CobWebs Ltd, Rydal Mount, Station Road, St Clears, Carmarthenshire SA33 4DQ.
Hats in sizes 0 - 12 months will be refunded or exchanged providing that you do not use the item. All other items are made to order and therefore cannot be refunded or exchanged unless faulty. Items must be complete, unused and in ‘as new’ condition. Exchanges will incur an additional post and package charge for which you will be invoiced. Exchanges will be dispatched once this payment has been received.
Items should be returned with the original presentation box, packing and accessories. Unfortunately, post and package costs are non refundable and we are not held responsible for returns that do not reach us. In the event of the goods being faulty however, we will cover all costs of postage and either refund or exchange the goods.
Please ask at the Post Office for a free certificate of postage. Please check carefully before returning any item.
